Jordana co-founded Mathews Lighting Group and leads the business. Before that she was Director of Economic Development for Bexar County, where she negotiated incentive packages with Oracle, GM Financial and USAA, and she worked in government relations for General Motors in Washington, DC.

Ben founded Mathews Lighting Group in 2017 after nearly two decades in lighting design, distribution and product development. He works directly with architects and design teams on the fixture schedule, and he co-founded Vespr Designs, an architectural lighting design studio.

Allison leads Mathews Lighting Group in Austin. She brings more than 30 years in sales and the luxury design industry, and spends her time with the architects, designers, builders and developers behind Austin's projects.

Nate has more than 20 years of experience sourcing, restoring and UL listing historic lighting, for clients including the Smithsonian's Hirshhorn Museum and the National Park Service. He co-founded FIXT Electric in 2014.

Cullen runs quotations and submittals. Before joining us he led project quotations for South Texas at Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls, and he began his career at Lone Star Lighting.

Joseph handles quoting, material coordination and follow-through on every order. He is a former U.S. Army Platoon Sergeant, led logistics teams for Staples, and holds a BBA in Economics from UTSA.

Karrie runs accounting. She brings more than 32 years in financial management and operations, including roles as Vice President of Administration for CASO and Senior Tax Accountant at AT&T.

Josh runs the San Antonio warehouse, deliveries and returns. He came to logistics from San Antonio kitchens, where he rose from line cook to Kitchen Manager, and he runs the warehouse with the same organization and pace.
